down 4.4lbs this week. Ive still beening following to a T because im worth it ;-D. trying to get in 15.6lbs down before my august vegas veacation.

i GAINED AGAIN i cant belive it. i went up north but packed a cooler full of fruits n veggies and i excerised all 5 days this week of my mini goal and i still gained .8lbs. it might not seem like much but it is to me. i dont know what im doing wrong. i got in my water, veggies, fruits, milk and oil servings and even walked and i cant get this weight off. im gonna go shed a few tears and than go unpack all my healthy groceries i just got and figure out a new plan to get this off.

still to go: 136.8 lb

my first gain...and probably NOT my last!!! I didnt watch my veggie n fruit in take and of course i gained.... 0.2lbs. which isnt bad but now its time to hop back on the wagon.

Lost 4lbs this week. I had a wedding on friday to go to. and i allowed myself to eat reasonable and have 4 cocktails. well i ate dinner smart no problem and than had 7 drinks. i know i know. but i made sure i had lots of water and wrote down everything that i had. being accountable and everything. and i worked this weekend no biggie but than monday we went to a BBQ and i made a huge salad for everyone and brought chicken to grill just in case. well its a good thing that i did because they had fattening everything there. always gotta think ahead!!! Lets keep on keepin on!!
