Hi. Im a 26yr old from SE Michigan. Eight months ago i started my journey to better myself. I was at a hard place in my life where i was either gonna keep killing myself or fix me!! So i stopped smoking joined Weight Watchers and with the help from online sites such as FS and my family and friends i couldnt have done any of this. Support is the biggest thing because if you dont have people cheering you on during your hardest times how can you overcome them?? I found that you must me accountable for what you eat. journal everything. plan ahead and keep on keeping on. I still have a lot to learn but i wouldnt trade the life i live now for the one i was just coasting by in.

How to Calculate Points
I add everything together and divide by servings, ususally a pot roast is around 7 or 8 points a servings which is usually about a cup or so a serving, but having a scale to weigh food i hear helps out a lot. i do not have one of those though

night time eating
this was a HUGE issue for me. If you used up all your points you have 3 options. 1. Dont eat (not really an option when all you can think about is food). 2. Use your Weekly Allowed Points. and 3. eat veggies. Most veggies are zero points so go to town until your full!!!
