Hello everyone.. Well where can I start. For the past 9 years I have gained ohh about more than 20lbs of weight. hehe I've always been good at keeping it down when I was in school but after school that's when I just let it loose. Too loose I think.. Well anyways what made me start loosing weight was one day I was looking back at all my pictures, sadly to say even my wedding pictures and I couldn't believe how I let myself go like that. So a co-worker of mine started the South Beach Diet and I thought well I won't know how it is until I try. Believe me when I say being on the South Beach Diet has made a major change in my eating habits. I'm learning one day at a time and prayfully I get down to my weight before christmas.. That would be a present to myself.. hehe lol..
