Thanks everyone. I actually lost a pound. It is amazing how a loss-- any loss will make you feel so much better and motivate you as well. I am glad to at least know that I am eating the right things and exercising the right amount to be able to lose weight.

I am getting very discouraged. I have remained at my weight for a week now with no change. I have remained on my current diet and doing well with that minus a few cheats. Not bad though. i have increase my time walking and even have attempted a couple of step classes. Why want the scale move? Confused
