Have been up and down on my weightloss journey, trying to see what fits and what works, hoping I get it right. I have started intermittent fasting 16/8 since Sept 2020 with minimal exercise on weekends, and it has definitely helped me drop some weight, it's a slow process but have been patient and slowly been dropping the weight, I'm getting so close to my goal weight, I feel I could definitely keep this up and could be apart of my life style.
