are ellipticals any good? or do they suck?
When I first got sober I went to a gym and the elliptical was my favorite. I actually started losing weight and feeling good. I've had 6 children so I have lower back pain and the elliptical doesn't hurt my back. We are buying a house and as soon as we get in it I'm getting one for home. There are a lot on Craigslist reasonably priced.
