Hello - I'm 26 and hoping to get healthier and feel better about myself. I have done weight watchers, I like to look at recipes on spark people, however; I'd really like one site to work with and I'm trying this now.
I feel like the last month has flown by and I haven't stuck to a diet or workout regimen. I have big plans I just lack the commitment necessary to succeed right now. Hopefully this site will help me!
