Hi. I'm 23 and an orchestra teacher as well as a Master's student. I have always struggled with my weight and body issues for as long as I can remember. I lost a good amount of weight about 3 years ago, but it has since come back, along with more. I'm an emotional eater, which is part of my problem. I'm really hoping I can stick with the plan this time and get healthy!
