I am a recent college graduate who has been overweight since about the age of 12. I usually get really excited about starting new diets and stick with it for 2-3 weeks then call it quits. I think I will be able to stick to Atkins because of the ability to tranform so many foods into low carb... I love eating out! I have about 50 lbs to lose and I would like to lose it by Summer. I really want to be the success story!!

Constipation during Induction... ugh!!
I started Atkins last Tuesday (Jan 11th) and haven’t lost any weight. I have been following the diet 100% and working out (Zumba Cardio Party or 35 mins on Elliptical) 5 times a week. I definitely thought I would be losing some weight, but nope I’m still the same. Additionally, I have been extremely constipated. Is this normal?? I have even been taking fiber supplements to help but I have not seen much improvement. Does anyone have suggestions about this problem and my slow weight loss? Thanks for your help!!
