Hi I am 49 and have 90lb to lose, i have put on a total of 2 stone in a year after falling into my bad habits again :(

Exercise
I am hoping some of you can give me some help and advise, I am obese and seriously need to lose a lot of weight. I have been watching what i eat and cut down my daily intake to 1500 per day but my weight is still the same after a month the problem is the exercise. I have a spinal problem and suffer a lot of pain, i need to find some exercises which will not cause me pain.
