I haven't been recording desk work in my exercise calendar. When I did it added 1300+ Calories burned...not sure I like that...I haven't lost scale weight for the past 2 weigh ins and I am running a deficit (without desk work) of 1,100+ calories per day with regular exercise. I'd have to eat another 1000 calories a day if I included it. I would gain weight then!

7 day caloric deficit daily average is 1250.14 kcal. I'm doing well but still fear no number change at the scale...such a head game.
Tomorrow is weigh in and measurements in order to get body fat percentage totals...geez someone just walked in and handed me a bag of Hershey Kisses....there are loads up cupcakes in the main office too. I'm good so far, but, but, but....this stuff wears on me sometimes.
HA HA...I made it with no sweets! :)

Secretary's day. A cupcake was waiting for me at my office door this morning. I overslept and missed my workout this morning. I also have tendinitis in my ankle.
My ankle is on ice and I deleted healthier foods from my food journal to compensate for my breakfast cupcake. I am doing my best and no excuses. I will compensate for my missteps. There is no failing this time around.
Tomorrow is weigh in. I don't think my weight has gone down; however, my body is getting smaller. I'm running an average deficit of over 1100 calories per day and I should be losing fat.
I wonder if my TDEE is accurate on here or it's too high thus creating an inflated caloric deficit? Tomorrow's weigh in and body fat calculations will tell me how I need to change things up.

Worked out 3.5 hours today...60 min body pump (weights), 30 min bike(6 miles), Pilates/yoga/tai chi class (60 min), Karate sparring night (30 boxing, 30 calisthenics)....not really tired..feel good and will sleep hard :) Proud of my day.

Goals for this week:
Average daily calories for the past two weeks have been almost identical: 2121.
Goal: 1900 average....goal is 1800 in a week or two.
Goal: Incorporate exercise in EVERY single day. No days off, just lighter days.
