Doing my very best. No alcohol last night. Went to bed early. I am so sore from yesterday's workout. I slept well in between waking, so well I slept through my alarm for 10 full minutes before even coming to life..........BUT I did get to the gym by 5:30 am and rode 10 miles and swam 30 minutes...I could have died, but I survived.
Very hungry, so I am feeding myself now. I know from past experience, if I skimp now, I will be hungry all day. This will be an experiment ;)

Calories of 3437 and no exercise :/ Very counter productive day yesterday. 2539 is burning doing nothing. I shopped and drove...that is all so I got it up to 2676.
I should have had a 1100 cal deficit...Sooo 761 over plus 1100 deficit needed means I need to burn and extra 1861 calories today...on top of my 1100 deficit I need...total 2961...well that's impossible.
However, I am not hungry (go figure)so that will help. What I can't do today, i will spread out through week. These extra calories will not be forgotten.

W T F grrrr
Ok, ok...scale shock. Weight does not matter as much as body mass make up does. I know I have lost some inches just the way my clothes fit, so maybe I have gained muscle. I need to measure.
Consistent Sleep and consistent GYM workouts in the morning will make a huge difference.

I've been relatively consistent. Best I've done in a while; however, two areas of improvement are needed. I need at least 7 hours sleep. I should not drink every night...2 x per week is sufficient as I am giving up nutrient rich foods for alcohol. Not a good swap.
Average Calorie intake the last 7 days is 2124...
Average Calorie expenditure the last 7 days is 3391.57
Average Calorie deficit the last 7 days is 1267.75
Deficit total is 8872.99/3500=2.53 lbs
Next week I will up the average daily calories and decrease the discrepancy between the high (3051) and the low (1500)...1551 is too high a range.

Weight was 236.4 on Monday, April 1, a.m.
Pizza with Principal has tortured me all week and rearranged my diet. Today is last day. I will not partake! My day is set.
