The scale did not move...I did basic measurements for the Navy Method. I am at 54.9% body fat but I was at 61% not too long ago (within 2 months ago) I cannot find those measurements at this moment,but that equals 15 lbs of fat. I am moving in the right direction.
This could be a bad day if I let it. I did not workout this morning and will be bringing my brother pizza that I love (stupid, stupid). I have Mentos in my drawer at work and it's Friday night...and Steve's Friday night...alcohol, always.
Edit:
Ok...positive Step 1...rescheduled with my brother till Monday :)
Step 2: Gave away all my Mentos but one roll (140 calories).
It's up to me to not let this day get away from me!

Grrrr what a day! did poorly...made poor choices...wanted to see if I could handle having sugar around and rationing myself. Uhmmm didn't work. I don't even love Baby Ruths, that's why I got them. Well I ate them. Still a good deficit;however, I gave up nutrients for sugar....weigh in tomorrow.

Stats for past 7 days:
Average daily caloric intake 2121.43
Average daily Exercise expenditure 3560.86
Equals daily deficit of 1439.43 per day
For week...10,076.06 caloric deficit / 3500 = 2.88 lbs of fat lost...
Last week was approximately 2.5 lbs fat lost and my scale weight did not change. Better change this time!
Goal next week...Reducing daily caloric intake average to under 2,000.

Ate at Old Chicago...had side salad and split an appetizer...little pizza rolls, there were six the size of mini cupcakes...looked up calories later...the 6 which somehow equaled FOUR servings at 366 per serving....NO WAY! Ticks me off. (they were extremely good! No wonder!)

Rode 10 miles in 46:26 minutes...stretched for 15...and ran out of time. I was very tired and could barely get up, but I did. Depressed today, but will be fine. Dinner with a friend will be good.
My tightest jeans have a few loose spots. I'm losing on my legs and waist...the scale still said around 230 this morning. My guess is that I am gaining muscle...for this weigh in fine but I am dropping my calories if I don't see an improvement on the scale. I work too hard to have nothing happening in that area.
