Struggled but made it through. Body fat went down 1% to 53.4....121.64 lbs fat, 106.15 lean body/muscle. Going in the right direction. Slow, but the weekly picture of back/butt was interesting. I compared the last 6 weeks...huge difference in body shape...HUGE when compared by pic anyway. Not sure what people that see me with clothes on think. No one has said anything.
Struggled yesterday and went a little over on calories but did NOT throw in the towel like I soooo wanted to do!! down 1/2" on hip, down 1" on waist I think....does it matter? I made it through another week.

Project "I feel sexy" is beginning today...1400-1500 calories, lighter but more consistent exercise. Trying to heal my knees and get into a mindset and general groove for NY.
25 days till I see my sweetie :)
No refined flours and white sugar. I'm studying glycemic index's on foods and trying to keep my carbs to 25% of my daily intake. 45 carbs breakfast (after a workout), 30 g carbs at lunch, and 15 g carbs at dinner. Absolutely NO alcohol!
Breakfast eat like a king, lunch eat like a prince, dinner eat like a pauper.
In other words, breakfast is my biggest meal, then lunch and a light supper before 6 pm.

went mental yesterday...ate chips, chili dog, chocolate malt and mcdonald's with fries...2900 calories. My cheeks got flush and I was never so thirsty in my life. Not one healthy thing.
Am going to calm down, focus and not super focus on food. Tired of this battle.
Did great today...trying to stay lower carbs, exercise and heal my knees.
