How long do you all work out for?
I usually do 70 minutes a day. 5 - 6 days a week. I do 10 minutes of crunches, plank, leg lifts, glute bridges, and weights, another 10 minutes of arm exercises (5 minutes without weights and 5 minutes with weights) and 50 minutes of aerobics.

Youtube fitness videos
Does anyone have any suggestions for some home exercise youtube videos? I have been doing 5-minute toned arms and 20-minute full body toning from this one fitness influencer MadFit https://www.youtube.com/@MadFit I like her channel. And then I've been doing 20-minute cardio aerobics from another fitness influencer fitbymik https://www.youtube.com/@fitbymik. Any suggestions? I don't have a gym membership, I'm just doing home exercises and fitting in 5 minutes here and 20 minutes there a day seems to be working for me. Thank you.

Frustrated
Losing weight is taking such a long time. It is really frustrating. I'm losing weight but very slowly. I've lost 12 pounds in 7 weeks and I know that losing 1 to 2 pounds a week is healthy, but I still have 38 pounds to go. 19 to 38 weeks to go? It seems like forever and it's frustrating. Gaining weight is so fast, but losing it is so slowConfused Sad . I guess I just wanted to vent. Thanks for listening.

When to Weigh
I also weigh myself first thing in the morning. I wake up, go to the toilet and then weigh myself. I think as long as you weigh yourself at the same time every time and on the same scale, that's all that really matters.
