How long do you all work out for?
I usually do 70 minutes a day. 5 - 6 days a week. I do 10 minutes of crunches, plank, leg lifts, glute bridges, and weights, another 10 minutes of arm exercises (5 minutes without weights and 5 minutes with weights) and 50 minutes of aerobics.

Does anyone have any suggestions for some home exercise youtube videos? I have been doing 5-minute toned arms and 20-minute full body toning from this one fitness influencer MadFit

Frustrated
Losing weight is taking such a long time. It is really frustrating. I'm losing weight but very slowly. I've lost 12 pounds in 7 weeks and I know that losing 1 to 2 pounds a week is healthy, but I still have 38 pounds to go. 19 to 38 weeks to go? It seems like forever and it's frustrating. Gaining weight is so fast, but losing it is so slow
. I guess I just wanted to vent. Thanks for listening.

When to Weigh
I also weigh myself first thing in the morning. I wake up, go to the toilet and then weigh myself. I think as long as you weigh yourself at the same time every time and on the same scale, that's all that really matters.
