I was at my heaviest in December 2007 at 180-185. I am at my lightest since my pre-teens at 125. I have 10 more pounds to lose. The first 30 came off without effort, just a lot of water, school, and my part-time tutoring job at a local high school. 10 more came off when I student taught. I've been working out 5-7 days a week for 4 months now and I've lost 15 pounds. My goal is to reach 115 by my 23rd birthday. Oh yeah, I'm a substitute teacher for the time being.
