I'm Heather. I'm 30. I work in Social Work. I am in school working on my degree. I have 2 lovely kids, the best husband in the whole world and a pug names Camus. I have been on a roller coaster of different fitness and food levels over the last few years and want to get myself on some straight track. Several years back I weighed about what I do now and I had much success losing weight on a program very similar to South Beach, with the Ivillage community. Some life changes put me back to my original weight though, but now I'm ready to go and I'm really looking forward to having people to share success with because it helped me so much in the past!
