Switched from LA weightloss diet plan to Southbeach. I liked the idea of cutting out carbs and sugar for a while. So far, so good. I like the amount of food I am eating and my energy is good.

Which type of excercise WON'T you do at the gym?
I struggle with step classes at the gym. I simply will not attempt them because my coordination is awful. Spin classes on the other hand require less thought.
