So this weekend was the first ham radio contest of the season. Traditionally I eat alot of crap and drink alot of soda. This year I stocked my pal Jack's refrigerator with healthy food and snacks. Feeling great today.

Was well behaved for week 1 football. Turkey and swiss rolled up. Cauliflower and Broccoli Not to bad
