Wow dropped another pound. With the heat and my work load this week I should be great

Went to Jones beach with some friends from school to see a Billy Joel tribute band. When I got home I was craving sweets so I made my famous south beach ricotta chocolate cream. I suggest this for anyone with a sweet tooth but instead of splenda use agave nectar

Worked at the Bridgeport Bluefish today. Got a great work out climbing the outfield light poles. 100 feet tall climed 5 of them thats 1000 feet of vertical climbing yay

Down 3/4 of a pound not to bad. Went and bought a belt :)

So I went fishing Sunday and decided to make fresh sushi/sashimi NOW. Yummy was in Bridgeport and worked out with the Bluefish baseball team leg pressed 500 pounds feel great.
