Also, I weigh everything, record everything and keep the portions average to small. I think my secret is to have my main meal at lunchtime as i feel satisfied for the rest of the day and the fruit and non potatoe veg keeps me topped up!

Well, it's my second day and really pleased that I wasn't hungry yesterday so had about 250 calories left over by the evening. Eating my main meal at lunchtime really helped me feel full for the rest of the day. So far so good!
