Hello. I'm a 34 yr. old mother of 3. My daughter Avery is 11, my son Trey is 9, and my youngest son, Payne, is 6. I'm always on the go being that my kids are very athletic. Unfortunately, I'm not athletic at all. I'm trying to get back in shape slowly, but surely. I've started the Atkins and I'm gradually starting an exercise routine. Wish me luck!
