I started a 205 lbs and being 5' 7" let me tell ya ... I was pretty pudgy..

A really good friend of mine told me about a radical weight loss program. Needless to say I was very sceptable. But we (my wife and I) were willing to try it as we saw the great results our friends were having (they sold the product as well out of their spa). what we liked about this program is that unlike other programs that either tell you what to eat or provide the food, this one gives you a menu augmented by their protien packages. (over 60 food choices) Once you achieve your weight reduction (never say loss cause mentally you want to find what you have lost!) the program transisions you back into health eating habits.

12 weeks ago I took the plunge... in the first week alone I dropped 8 lbs and 2 inches off my gut! WOW! Ok now the motivation was there! The best part was we were not supposed to work out!!!! WHAT? however..... once we had dropped 10% of our body weight.... working out came into the picture naturally.... we had to adjust the amount of food to compensate for the extra calories we were burning daily.

In the short 3 months we have been on the program I have dropped 37 lbs and over 38 inches!!!! My wife is smaller than when I fell in love with her 25 years ago!!!! Even tho we have not reached our "goal" weight... it has come down to body style as we have gained muscle while shedding the fat!

Two years ago I quit smoking....
This year I gained back my body and health....

Nothing tastes as good a skinny feels!
