What can I say. No matter how hard I try to follow the diet, that damm scale won't move. Very frustrating.

No matter how good I am and how close I follow this diet, there is stil no big lost. I know, I know, I should be happy there is no gain. But I seem to be stuck and it just won't budge. I exercise at my local curve's three times a week. I go out with my girlfriend two times a week for our usual three mile hike. So what gives?????????

DAMM!!!!!!!!!! I was trying so hard this week, why the weight gain? Ok Ok, I did have subway on sunday with my daughters, so maybe that wasn't a good thing, But a whole pound, come on! So upset, why is it taking so long to just get a couple pounds off?

A 1/2 POUND IS A 1/2 POUND. BUT GOSH!!!!!! I WORKED REALLY HARD AT IT THIS PAST WEEK. THE WEIGHT IS COMING OFF SOOOO SLOW, I THOUGHT BY NO I WOULD BE 1/2 WAY THERE AT LEAST. BUT I SHOULDN'T COMPLAIN, 1/2 POUND IS BETTER THAN A GAIN ANY DAY.

Well nothing gained and nothing lost. I guess that is a plus, however it is still frustrating. I have not changed anything, still working out three times a week at curves, and still walking two nights a week. I am still keeping track of what goes in my mouth and writting everything down. I am sticking very close to my daily points and never had to use my flex points.
So why no lost?
