Don't know what I am doing wrong. Been going to WW since July and all I lost is ONE stinking pound. I have been faithfull to tracking my points this past week, walking twice a week and going to the gym three times this week. Just don't know. It's like my body is saying "I like this weight, I feel comfortable here at this weight, and you can't make me lose any weight"

Why is this happening to me? I work out at the gym 3x's a week, keep track of my points, why oh why do I go up and down and never down for good?

Ok I will take that. Back to the gym again three days a week. Need to work hard so I don't go backwards again.
I have been faithful to my journal and keep tracking my meals and points. It is the exercising that I need to keep the commiment going.
