Much better!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I still need to get some exersizing in. Falling short of that.
I just been lazy, need to get my butt moving. I have been doing well on tracking my points, and making sure I get my water in for the day. But it all has to come together to make this work.

Here I am, right back where I started. My own fault, exercise has taken a back seat to summer fun. I got to start this all over again. From day one!

didn't make it to the meeting for weigh in last night, went out to dinner with friends instead. Probably a mistake. And my scale is low on the battery, so can't get a weigh in this morning either. So looks like another pass, probably for the better.

I decieded to take a pass on weigh in. Spent a great Labor Day weekend camping with family and I probably over did it. Not to mention I haven't done much exercising. My weight is probably the same anyways, the scale has not moved in weeks.
