well I messed up! I went out to eat and had an iced tea and a sandwich on a hoagie roll - it was my fault and I'm sure I'll pay the price - what's the lesson? I am not ready to go out to eat till I have a good hold on this plan - its too tempting - I thought I was strong but I'm not strong enough - back to the old drawing board - its a another day and I get a chance to make a change - I'm sure its not the first time I'll mess up and surely it won't be my last - ya gotta just keep trying to get it right -

woke up with a headache today - i know I didn't eat enough yesterday - but I'll be better today - feeling good still staying on track but I know I need to bring my carbs up - I'm not as hungry but I need to make myself eat - I'll be more careful going forward - Looking forward to today

Well week one down and I did GREAT! I lost 5 lbs and I'm so proud of myself - I think the keys are to have the right foods, get rid of the junk so you are not tempted and drink lots of water - that has been the key for me - now I'm alittle nervous about going into the weekend because I have company coming and the weekends are easy to slip up but I think I can make the right choices and stay strong - the results are too important to me.

feeling good today - right on track with eating and moving - I'm very prould of myself and I hope I can continue to be successful going forward
