I finished my Ultimate Colon Cleanse yesterday! whew... I feel light, clean, and alot better. So now I'm making sure I eat more healthly so the functionality of system is maintained. Keeping weight off should be more easier. I'm going to add some more digestive helpers to my regime like probotics, etc. No longer crave and have even stopped eating McDonalds and all the rest.

Things to keep in mind on this cleanse.. drink plenty of water!! stretching exercises can help and increase 'movement'.. yoga on the floor in front of the tube worked for me. Stay focused to the schedule, try not to miss, this throws your 'movement' schedule off a bit. And until you know exactly what your body will do, keep a bathroom bag handy (in case accidents) but I strongly doubt you'll have one w/ this cleanse. anyway.. happy cleansing! now time to exercise :)
