I'm now in the last week of my cleanse. Still seeing action. Energy is good, always feeling rested and can maintain a good level of energy all day. I will say ladies to start this cleanse the 1st day of your cycle. If you wait you may end up starting on a week were the toxins are coming out the hardest and you feel extremely tired!!..which for me was the 2nd-3rd week. The cleanse has regulated my cycle, improved my skin, stopped the pains in my gut, and made me regular. I think I will continue the fiber mix and possibly the tea. When I go for walks I can increase my pace and even run w/o feeling drained. I'm also taking Womens Multi Sports Vitamins from Vitamin World.
