ok.. the weekly cleanse update...
not only does it clean the colon but the kidneys and liver, etc so lately Ive been seeing particles in my urine. crazy looking bowel moments coming out more. and like clockwork about everyday at the same time I have to use the bathroom. the tea is the best, puts you in the deepest sleep and you wake up so rested. I thought I was going to get tired of the drinks and pills but actually have been looking forward to see whats going to come out next.
