ok.. I'm a whole week in the colon cleanse and as of Fri, two days ago, I had to increase both fiber and parasite pills according to the package. I experienced a bit more cramps and activity. Everything is still under control though, no crazy run-to-the-bathroom moments. I did see 'something' and that freaked me out. I passed a clot. I still have 23 more days. I also learned if I added organic lemon juice to my morning water w/ the parsite pills that it awakens the properties of one of the herbs. I'm gonna try that.
I have seen an increase in energy, even more than before w/ just taking supplements. I feel more refreshed after waking and going for my walks I feel great.
Next week I will record another cleanse journal.
