I really have sort of plateaued and needed a break. Yesterday I was at brunch and I literally could not take anything else lo carb.

I am going to try to recover tomorrow.

Still hanging out in the low 160's. I would love to make a move. I so want that 159!!!!!
Last night I went cookie psychotic again. Sometimes I really start to crave something sweet. The more I break this the longer it will take, but I don't know if I am able to just stay on without a break.

ugh.
On Saturday night I went out to eat. I tried to stick to atkins as best as I could. I had wedding soup which was pretty much non atkins and a salad and two meatballs. I also had a glass of wine which I thought atkins said alcohol was ok in small amounts.

Well, my weight went up to about 164 yesterday and is now back to around 162.5. I was horrified. Now I am really worried about having to go out of town next week and try to not gain any weight stuck in a hotel.
