Well, the weight loss has defintely slowed. How long do you usually plateau before getting back on a roll?

Ok- back down to 166. It is slowing down. Ah, if we could just maintain the speed of those first few days we could be to our goal weights in no time. I wonder how long it will take.

ugh. I am stalled. I stayed on pretty well yesterday. i woke up at 4 am feeling queasy so I had a glass or regular pepsi. Other than that, I have been faithful.

ugh. I gained a pound. I could have guessed as much. I fell off the wagon last night and went cookie crazy.
Well, today is another day. I have also liked reading about the week where you start to slow. I am probably coming up on that. How frustrating.

Another pound! Stayed on ok even with the dinner. I did check the menu ahead of time and it did help. I stuck with a filet mignon although I did have some carbs and one glass of wine and a glass of champaign and a creme brule!

I Did some serious calibrations of the scale to make sure it wasn't reading anything over :). Still on a roll. Biked last night. Unfortunately, with Fall coming I am worried that my biking days are numbered. I never was one to run. I feel stupid lumbering down the road and I will not financially commit to another health club. big waste of money for me. Plus, impact sports are tough on my knees and just tedious for me.

If I can just get out of these 160's I will be ecstatic. Being in the 150's will be a place I haven't been in probably 10-15 years!
