Well, at least I am maintaining. I stayed on very well yesterday. I also bought a new scale. It weighs about 2 pounds heavier, but at least I have another measure so I can get a reliable sense of where I am.
I tend to drink a lot of diet soda. Maybe that doesn't help, but I don't much like water.

I seem to be stuck and hovering around this weight. I have not been quite as faithful as while stuck, I am also having a harder time sticking to this as rigorously as the first few days.
It was two weeks today that I started and at least I have dropped probably around five pounds which is still really good.
Like I said before, it is just that when you first start, you get spoiled by the rapid weight loss and want to stay on that trajectory.
Well, doesn't matter as long as it keeps going.

ugh. I went up two pounds. Here is the weird thing - last night i weighed myself and I was at 165. I thought for certain I would be 164 today. Instead, and overnight, I added two pounds.
I did eat a bit more chef salad yesterday, but still stayed on. Then at 5 I broke down and ate a cookie that someone had put on my desk. Later I had some popcorn. Maybe that was enough to mess it us.
Well, I will start back on it today.

Down another pound. Well, actually a half pound but I don't think you can record half pounds here. Anyway, it is still going down.
What are some good fruits to add that do not stop the momentum of induction? I find myself craving some kind of fruit.
