Help with Net carbs!!!!
Oh dear... Its a bit confusing. I brought a different fibre today called Fibre Clear, its carbs per serving as 5.8g and right underneath that it has Fibre total as 5.8g so im safe to use this one?

Help with Net carbs!!!!
I know, I have read the book over 100 times just to understand it but he never explains what happens when the total fibre is higher then the carb content on a label.. just confusing. I hope it is zero cause I have been having it daily and eating 20 grams carbs

Hi,
Doing Induction an atkins and have started using a fibre supplement called quick fibre. On the label it says per serving Total carb 8.5grams, sugar less then .05 and fibre 11.5 grams. Does this mean this product is negative carbs?
