Soy leads to health problems in women?
Another thing to remember is that most products we eat are very processed, most likely GMO and are being grown on former rain forest land.

Any advice on how to curb sugar cravings??
1. Make sure to eat enough during the day so you're not hungry at night
2. Keep your hands busy, knit, fold laundry, read a book
3. Have a cup of tea

For me, my sugar cravings are greatly reduced when I eat plenty of probiotics too.
