Happy Friday. Completed my prayer walk 3.41 miles and burned 426.5 calories. Today is the beginning of the weekend. I am excited, have to put new goals in place. I weigh in on Monday. I hope my scale do not disappoint me. we will see. I am still working on changing my eating habits. Think I will try the Atkins diet for the next two weeks. I am trying to encourage my husband to eat healthy since he will not work out. Hopefully he see changes in my weight and get motivated. Everyone have a great day and enjoy your Friday.

Happy Thursday everyone. I am still working on month-end closeout and I have been able to keep my stress level down. I completed my prayer walk this morning with 3.44 miles, burned 429.8 calories. Ok for breakfast I ate dinner, 2 beef steak fajitas with the works. Still under 500 calories. I could not believe the beef steaks only 6g of carbs, but the tortilla bread 20g...Oh well, maybe I will eat the remainder without the bread. I want to encourage everyone to have a great day, and eat healthy.

Prayer walk 3.36 miles, burned 421.8 calories. I had a banana and a high protein slimfast with 6g carbs. At work, it is month end close out. I will not eat trying to make deadlines. I will stay focused and everything at work will balance out. It's amazing my motto has always been what goes on at work stays at work...Since I am working from home now, what happen from 8:00am to 5:00 pm stays within that time frame. So moving on I will not stress because it is month end close out. I am excited about my workout program but also need to increase my activities. I started weight lifting now have to find time to incorporate them with my week. Everyone be encouraged and have a wonderful day.

Completed my prayer walk. Much better today. 3.41 miles and burned 426.2 calories. Decided to change up on breakfast since I have incorporated fasting during the day. 1 fried egg, 2 slices of bacon, 1 toast bun and a cup of coffee. I feel great and motivated when I get my full walk exercise in. I want to encourage everyone to have a great day.
