Completed my prayer walk 3.44 miles, burned 431.3 calories, this older lady who cheers me on every morning is always giving snacks. this morning she gave me some Lotus Biscoff cookies and OMG they are so good. I really appreciate her, she is so sweet but she is not helping my cause.🙂. Well it's ok, I will work a little harder because I love those cookies. You can't eat just one, oh nooooo!!! Well everyone enjoy your day and eat healthy.
Don't give in like me.☹

Completed my 3.41 prayer walk. Burned 427.1 calories. Even though my weight is down my stomach looks very large. Nothing about that has changed. So even though I am thrilled for the weight loss, I am not happy about the ABS, any suggestions? Everyone be encouraged and have a wonderful day.

I completed my prayer walk. I walked 3.46 miles, burned 434.2 calories. I weighed in this morning and I lost 8 lbs. I am ecstatic. I am motivated, now I still need to learn how to prepare healthy meals. For the next two weeks will follow the Atkins diet, increase water intake. My goal for water is 64 Oz today, 16.9 down. Everyone let's get motivated and be encouraged on this journey. I support everyone 100%.

Prayer walk 4 4 miles, burned 550.8 calories again today. tomorrow is the big weigh in, I believe I have lost a few pounds. I am also prepared to make changes in my eating Plan to try the Atkins diet for the next couple of weeks..And want to get completely off cokes. I am doing much better, again I have to increase my water intake. Now that is a major set back for me. in order to drink water I have to set a goal. If I do not set the goal, I don't drink much.

Complete 4.4 miles, 550.8 calories burned. Was very sleepy today. Watching an old show "foxy brown" Really like the old movies.
