Ok, off to a bad start this morning. Walked 1 64 miles, burned 205.6 calories. Not thrilled about this so you know I will have to compensate. I had an Advanced High Protein Slim fast, 6g of carbs. So this week I am looking to cut carbs as much as possible. I started weight lifting on Saturday. Since I did not complete my walk this morning I will complete it after work along with some weight lifting. I plan to fast the rest of the day, increasing my water intake. I feel better physically, and I am motivated about losing weight.. So everyone enjoy your day, and be encouraged no matter what the scales says. Also I keep hearing about this KETO diet, I will do some research on it.

Completed my prayer walk this morning. 3.46 miles, had to move my last 30 minutes in the Gym since it started raining. I really do not like the treadmill but I was determined to get my walk in. Had a banana premier protein, less sugar and less carbs than my slimfast drinks. Today is another "me" day. Getting a pedicure and treating myself to a low fat lunch. Everyone be encouraged and enjoy your day. if the scale does not say what you want it to say, don't blame the scale, try something new...I support you 100%,

Walked 3.23 miles this morning. I am still motivated and ready for my weigh in which occurs on 8/6/2018. I pushed myself to do two things I've never been fond of. one is to drink plenty of water (which I still need to increase) and walking. I actually enjoy my walks, they are my "me" time and we can all use that. I have not made it to weights yet, so I have to find time to incorporate it. it may have to be on Saturday and Sunday. that may work. Anyway, today is Friday, Let me encourage you to stay on track with eating and workouts, it can be so hard because Friday is payday and If you are like me I love to treat myself on payday😎...Enjoy your day and remember I support you 100%.

Completed my 3.23 prayer walk, burned 403.6 calories. I feel great but to be honest, I need a better eating plan. I still do less than 1500 calories a day but what I eat is really not that healthy. I ate a jumbo pulled pork dinner that included fries which I did not eat and boiled corn. I did not do a slimfast this morning because I believe I drink them to get the sugar I am missing since that is the only thing sweet I intake. Well I weigh in on the 6th so this next week I am going to work it...Everyone enjoy your day be strong and be encouraged. Don't let the scales frustrate you, it could mean you need to try something different.

Prayer walk this morning was excellent. Walked 3.39 miles, burned 424.1 calories. I feel great and I am motivated. Today I will have an excellent day, I am an overcomes, nothing is impossible for me to accomplish. I am a winner and I am victorious. Everyone let's have a great day, and if you struggled yesterday remember today is a new day. We get to start all over again and we have the victory over obesity. I support everyone, I'm rooting for you!!!🍉🍌🍇Lets watch those carbs!
