Walked 3.3 miles today, burned 412.9 calories. I feel great and I am motivated. Still need to get up at least 30 minutes early to incorporate weight lifting. I hope when I shed the desired lbs my husband will get motivated and do the same. it was easy to lose in our 20's but we are way pass that. We just reached 50's and we definitely need to keep the body moving. I work from home so sitting most of the day, he is a manager at a plant and I'm sure he sits quiet a bit as well. So hoping he will join me on this journey to a healthier lifestyle. plus I gotta get ready for my Cruz to the Bahamas in November. I got to take a trip to Las Vegas but that will happen in May of next year. Everyone enjoy your day and let's watch those carbs!☺

Ok got up late, which cut my prayer walk short. Burned 297.8 calories, walked 2.38 miles. I should be increasing instead of decreasing. Well I am motivated this week. I plan to include weights in my work out. I had a slimfast for breakfast. Again today will increase my water intake 80 Oz's is the goal. I know most people would say 80 Oz is nothing but to me who dread water, if I get 16 oz down I'm doing extremely well so " don't judge me" 😁 But since I have been working out doing much better. I am happy about the changes that are taking place for me mentally, physically, and spiritually. Just plain excited. Ready to see the manifestation of change all around.

My morning prayer walk, 3.78 miles, went to church. Had a blessed time
now trying to decide what's for dinner. I tried the Atkins meal called chicken margarita, 410 calories and 7 g of carbs. Could not complete that meal because it was horrible. Do not recommend. I think I will have a turkey burger, no bread and a ceasars salad for dinner. I hope everyone will have success and enjoy your day.

REDEEMED from the big freaking nacho of last night. had an Atkins meal beef merlot. it was delicious and filling. 6 carbs and 300 calories. I normally do not mess with these type meals because they taste so fake but this one I highly recommend. Everyone have a wonderful evening and let's not give in to temptation. let's watch what we eat!!!😄

My prayer walk as usual was awesome. I walked 4.33 miles and burned 545.7 calories. I needed to because I ate a big freakin nacho from taco bueno, however over 1900 calories. That is above my Dailey 1500 calories. so today is a new day and I will do much better. I really need some great recipes that will taste great and not filled with carbs. Next week I will increase my work out with weight lifting, fasting, and meditation. I'm excited about the changes. Ready to excel in all areas of my life.
