Good morning All, I am overloaded with Joy this morning. And I extend it to all on this site. I complete my 2.38 prayer walk, 297.6 calories burned. Today I will rejoice because I am excited and motivated. I have a spirit of expectancy, so something awesome is happening. God is doing a new thing in my life. My goal today is 1 meal, which was my breakfast and attempt to overload myself on water. if you have read my post you will know I am not a big fan of water. Today I will drink 64 0z. if my tastebuds will allow I will do more but 64 0z is the goal. I want to encourage everyone today to be strong, be encouraged, and keep your eyes on the prize. We have victory! We are overcomes and we will get down to a healthy size. I support all of you and A special thanks to my supporter, it's rally encouraging. Have a wonderful day!

Complete 1.78 miles on the treadmill, burned 170 calories. This is way down from my normal 3 mile walk. Got to get back on it. I have gained back about 2lbs but I am not stressing because I went out of town and ate whatever I wanted. So I am back and it's back to business. I want to see change in my life mentally, physically, and spiritually and I have been really seeking this change since 07/01/2018. I am still motivated because I do see a great change in a lot of things. My attitude has changed about a lot of things so I go hard at everything! My goal this week is to get back on track and stay motivated. I still struggle with healthy meals but working on that too. Everyone be encouraged and do not let the scale discourage you from your goal. just go harder!!!

Completed my morning prayer walk. 1.97 miles, not so good. I have to get back to 3 miles per day. I guess I am going to have to do it on the treadmill. I hate the treadmill because I hate walking and not going anywhere. Today I will have a successful day, with my eating. I got my focus back and trying to adjust. I am motivated this week and I am going to do something different. DRINK MORE WATER! EVERYONE BE ENCOURAGED NO matter what the scale say!

I am so in and out. I am motivated again someone complemented me on weigh loss that still sitting here. Maybe they see something I don't. but it was encouraging though. Did a 2.13 mile walk. With daylight coming later in the mornings I wait until 7:00am to do my morning walk because it is so dark. I will weigh in in the morning and post my weight. I am looking to see major changes in my life mentally, spiritually, and physically. And I can say that I do. I thank God for it all. Without Him I could do nothing. So I am motivated to get the weight down, to be extremly happy and healthy, and to be at rest. everyone have a great day.
