completed morning prayer walk at 2.48 miles...weigh in today show I have gained weight. I am at 201. So now I am a bit discouraged but I got to change something... not sure where to start but I will monitor my eating...and also returned from Vacation on Monday and I did not watch my calorie intake so basically today I am starting over, but still picking up where do left off. So this week changes will be made and during the weekend I will be careful, normally I would kinda splurge but weekends are going to be just like days of the week. Everyone enjoy your day and watch those Carbs....

I have got to make a change, I am walking 3 miles a day, changed my eating habits, but I can't seem to get rid of the ABS..... that is my whole purpose of the 3 mile walk. I refuse to get discouraged, Saturday as I was doing my morning walk a lady called out to me and said she can see the difference in my stomache...I asked myself, why did she lie to me???? not encouraging...I will make my way to the gym today, work on some of the machines there and will try some situps. But everyone be encouraged, have a great day😀

I completed my prayer walk this morning, 3.16 miles, 398.6 calories burned. I have changed my diet a little more, and convinced my husband to do the same and to work out. I am very proud of him, so far he does 45 minutes on the treadmill, and his late night eating habits, he has somewhat slowed down. he had to fast today for a procedure on tomorrow,so this will help him see that he can go without eating all day😂. So it helps me as well, I can now stick to the Atkins meals, and not eating out twice a day. Well I weigh in on the 6th of September, I am hoping to see some change. I am no longer dieting, I am eating healthy, dieting is much harder. Everyone be encouraged and have a wonderful day.

I completed my prayer walk. 2.53 miles and burned 319.3 calories. it was sprinkling this morning and I refused to get on the treadmill so I walked and cut it short by 5 minutes. I ate a chicken pit Atkins for breakfast, and a beef polish sausage and fries for lunch. I really need to do better in the eating department. this rain and cloudy skies have me so sleepy I can hardly focus today. I have to re-establish my goals and actually follow through on them. Everyone have a wonderful day.
