How often do you weigh yourself?
I am in the horrible habit that has been mentioned. I weigh myself every day. And on the days I am around the house I will way multiple times, just to see how much my weight changes. It does drive me totaly crazy, and does weigh heavly on my attitude for the day. With reading what some of you have posted I think I will try to only weigh once a week. Wish me luck, though it sounds like it would be simple, I know I will struggle without getting on the scales.

Is it normal to gain when...
Okay I feel like I ask the dumbest questions, but here goes. I have been eating well, smaller portions, better choices. Lots of water limited pop. I had lost about 3lbs or so. I had not been working out, only walking every once in a while. So yesterday I worked out on this new equipment I bought and my muscles are sore all over, but in the good way. But when I weighed my weight was already back up. Almost the 3lbs and only afte one work out. So my question is, is this normal. Please tell me that if I stick to it in a few days I will loose like 5 or 6lbs. Please help!!

Not Having "It" in the House
So what is your it? I think mine might be either potato chips or cheese (melted of course)! I guess you can tell I am a greasy eater and not a sweets fan.

Detox?
I am not sure that is even the word I am looking for. But does anyone have a good way to flush out the body that doesnt require a juicer or simply by fasting? Any good ideas that you will share with me?
