If people are on it for a month and not losing anything then why bother doing it? All this effort for nothing is really annoying!

Please help..am I consuming too much fat/protein on the atkins?
Can somebody doing well on Atkins please check my daily food lists and see if Im doing this right, it just looks like too much fat and calories. Its annoying enough having to count carbs but if Im gunna have to count my fat/calorie intake too then Im done with Atkins!

Same here, found this wonderful site today after struggling for a week trying to add up the right amount of net carbs! Have 3 stone to loose, how do you 'buddy' up?
