Hi hi,

I'm a 23 year old artist living in Toronto, but originally from BC. I loooove cooking, so dieting is not my favorite thing to do!

My fiancee and I moved to Toronto together so he could attend a really amazing program at an awesome university here. Unfortunately I am not a city girl, so I stopped doing the outdoorsy things I loved, got a bit depressed and gained a lot of weight. I felt really unhealthy and uncomfortable with my body so I started to change things.

I'm already feeling fitter and happier even though I have a bunch of weight left to lose before I get down to my old and preferred weight.

My goal is to be back to my old weight by the time we tie the knot back home in BC! We're waiting until my fellow grads before getting married which means I have two years, so I can lose the weight slowly and healthily.

olive oil question
That seems pretty low in calories and bad fats, but there aren't many nutrients in that salad, adding some raw veggies like beets, carrots, tomatoes and/or spinach would up the healthy factor by quite a bit Smile

What Are/Will Be Your Reward For Weight Loss Goal?

- He sounds wonderful! Mine is really supportive too, it really helps.

I recently bought new shoes that are really comfortable and great for walking to go along with my more active lifestyle. When I go down five more or can jog an extra 10 minutes I'm buying a gym bag. When I reach my goal I'm buying this:

I don't know about weight loss, but when I drink a lot of water I notice a big difference in my energy levels and the softness and clearness of my skin.

I didn't post my B.E.A.C.H. yet so here goes:

Excuse: I deserve a treat!

Habit: Eating too quickly, I have a real problem with this.

Goal: Only have a treat once or twice a week and make it a small, healthy one AND Eat slowly, drink water in between bites.
