ugh, up again.... I'm about to loose it.... I don't know what to do. I can't seem to get ahold of myself.... :-(

well, it's a new week.... It's time to try something new. What I've been doing isn't working. I really don't even know where to go from here. I think I should start moving more... more exercise. It will be much easier once the kids are back in school. My gym doesn't have child care. Also, it's SOOOOOO hot outside....
I can't continue on this way.... I have to do SOMETHING....

I did fairly well this week minus the last two days where I splurged a little.... I gained weight this week.... I weighed 128 this morning... I just don't get it. I thought for sure I would just stay the same since I did well earlier in the week and just splurged a little the last two days... I really hate this.... It sucks! I wish I could just crawl under a rock... This weight thing is miserable! I maintained my weight for two years without any trouble and then I had my gallbladder out and now I'm just ballooning up... I feel like a cow!
