YES! What a great day! I ate really well... LOTS of veggies! YIPEE! I knew I could do it if I really put my mind to it. I really hope I can continue for the rest of the week....

I'm having a rough day today.... I allowed myself to splurge yesterday at a family gathering and I'm having a really rough time eating well today. It's so depressing... It really seems like even when I am loosing weight I still am not happy with the way I look. I loved being 115 and now that I'm 124 I HATE it!!! I look terrible.... all my clothes are super tight... I've had to buy a larger size. This all started when I had my gallbladder out... Now I have a really hard time loosing weight... I gain weight VERY easily (more so than I used to) and mostly in the tummy area...
Ho hum.... sorry to vent... Thanks to anyone who reads this.
