well, it's a new week.... It's time to try something new. What I've been doing isn't working. I really don't even know where to go from here. I think I should start moving more... more exercise. It will be much easier once the kids are back in school. My gym doesn't have child care. Also, it's SOOOOOO hot outside....
I can't continue on this way.... I have to do SOMETHING....

Wow! Awesome new pic buddy. Yep, it's hot here in my area as well. The high today will be 99 degrees, yikes! Still, I try to get as much exercise in during the morning, & evening. Is it possible to do an early morning or evening walk with the kids? But whatever you can do, do it! Every little bit helps. Take care.
