ok, so we went to the beach this past weekend..... I pretty much ate everything I wanted... big mistake... I weighed 126 this morning.... :-( I'm sure it's mostly water weight.... I hope. I'm back on the wagon today... I've eaten really well. I really hope I can continue eating well and exercising...

I wish I could control my eating.... I find myself just picking at stuff all day. I'm having a really hard time staying on track... I'm gaining weight instead of loosing... Why can't I stop eating crap?!?! I lost 70 pounds before and now I'm slowly gaining it back.... I said I would never go over 120 and now I'm 124... UGH!

well, I was doing great until I decided to have a daiquiri.... then, they had a special so I got the large... .then I drank it ALL.... ugh! Who knew a large daiquiri was almost 800 calories! YIKES! I won't be doing that again!
Oh well, you live and learn.... Thank goodness I went to the gym tonight...
