Still have a flu/cold. I dont get sick often so this is frustrating, I havent been to gym for two days and I havent been eating as clean as I would like to. I plan on sticking to healthy choices from today.

I didn't work out this morning, I woke up flu-ish so I decided to have a rest day and get back to gym tomorrow. I did waist measurements this morning, coming in at 82cm which is a 10cm loss from October last year, this is motivating me to push harder. Weigh in tomorrow, I am hoping for at least 500 grams.

Tweaked my training routine today. I did 45 minutes of heavy weight training with less than a minute rest between each set. I had no time to do cardio but the plan is to brisk walk my dog this evening.
